I was really glad to see this site. I would have loved to see some pictures though. We are looking for a female kitten or YOUNG cat to adopt. We have 2 small dogs who are cat friendly.
The site was OK but I couldn't access the pictures of the dogs at the shelter
I like the site but I was not able to access the pictures of the animals at the shelter.
There's nothing quite as warming to the soul as adopting a fuzzy kitten.
I would be nice if you could have volunteers to foster animals like your site said you planned to do. I also wish you could see the animals since I went to look at them at the shelter and none was there and the door was locked and it was 2pm on a week day it is so hard to look at this shelters animals.

I posted on here on August 25. I know have a blue blanket and a pillow to give to you guys. I am trying to get my parents to take us in to give you the items and browse at the adoptable pets. Hope to see you guys soon.

I am 13 and i found this site very nice and organized. However I think it would be cool if you could put pictures of the pets you have up for adoption on here. Well i mean depending on how often you update this site. My dad likes yellow labs and it would also be cool to at least tell of how many you have of each breed. Example Papillion 1 Pomeranians 3 Poodles 0 Other than that i like it how it is.

We have not come in to the shelter yet But we are looking for a small dog not too yappie for our daughter 18 for in the home We have been leaning toward a Westie maybe shih tzu If you get anything that might fit that need could you email me. Thanks Ann
My husband and I adopted a cat from your shelter almost 2 years ago and he is such a joy to have around. Since then we have also adopted a mastiff mix dog from another shelter. Shelter pets are great additions to anyone's family. We are looking for another dog. A very small one this time. We will definitely be stopping by to see you guys. Keep up the great work. Thanks

I am originally from Mtn Home and i was looking at your site I think that you should show pics of the adoptables Colorado shelters use the feature alot and it helps them find homes for the cute little animals Thanks and nice website
I would like to see pictures of adoptable dogs on your sight this is helpful for those of us that do not have a lot of time to drive out to the shelter and for prescreening before we do drive out there. Just would make things a little easier to find just that right pet
It would be great if updated pictures of animals available where on the website. Many people use the internet to search for just the right dog and a lot of times if there are not pictures they assume there are no adoptable animals.
I was very impressed by your web site and the amount of information it contains. I am in the process of relocating (not sure where to yet), but I do have a dog and it was very helpful to know the ordinance and license fee information. Your fees are quite reasonable compared to other cities I have looked at. If I end up moving to Mountain Home, I would love to volunteer. If so, I'll be in touch. Have a great weekend!

I was wanting too educate myself on how to adopt a kitten from your facility and learned a great deal about adopting pets. I plan on coming in as soon as possible to adopt a kitten and give her a tender loving home!! |
